Funeral from the J. Frank Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton Saturday at 8am. Funeral Mass in St. Patrick Church at 9am. Visiting Hours Friday 6-8pm. Obituary Information

Kathleen M. “Kait” Buckley died unexpectedly at her home in Denver Colorado on Sunday, January 26, 2003. She was born in Brockton on April 27, 1972, daughter of Paul and Lorraine (Kianski) Buckley. She graduated from Arapaho High School in Littleton, Colorado in 1990, received her B.A. from Bridgewater State College in 1994, and went on to receive her M.A. from the University of Denver in 1996. Most recently, Kait was an Assistant Housing Director at the University of Denver and was also working towards her doctorate in higher education. From 1996 until 2000, Kait was a member of the Residential Life staff at the University of New Hampshire. Kait was the recipient of numerous awards throughout her career. She enjoyed travel, hiking, skiing, was an avid reader and an artist.

She is survived by her parents Paul and Lorraine (Kianski) Buckley of Budd Lake NJ; her sister Anna P. Buckley of Budd Lake NJ; grandmother Anna P. Buckley of Reddington Shores, FL; uncles Kevin M. Buckley of Reddington Shores, FL; Daniel J. Buckley of Brockton, John T. Kianski of Abington, and aunts Susan Kianski of Whitman, Nancy J. Buckley of Brockton and Patrice A. Buckley of Brockton. She also leaves several cousins.
