Obituary

Kenneth J. Elias, 77 years of Brockton died unexpectedly Sunday October 20, 2013 at the Good Samaritan Medical Center. He was the husband of Rosemarie “Rosie” (Ferreira) Elias. Kenneth was born and raised in Fall River a son of Marion (Sessine) Elias of Brockton and the late Kareem Elias. Kenneth was a graduate of Durfee High School where he played football and also graduated from Providence College and Boston College Law School.
Kenneth was a prominent Brockton attorney and had been a longtime owner of the Wedgewood Country Club. He enjoyed golfing at the D.W. Field Golf Course and visits to the Raynham Dog Track. Ken’s true joy in life was his family, especially spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by his children Roxanne Pulsifer, Kenneth “Buddy” Elias, Michael Elias and his devoted companion Deborah Bunar all of Brockton, Melinda Mullen and her husband David of Stoughton, Rachel Elias and Rebecca Elias both of Brockton; nine grandchildren, two great grandchildren. He was the brother of Gerald Elias of FL; Dorothy Fay of NH and Phyllis Rodergues of FL.
