Kevin R. Murphy, of Fall River but a longtime resident of Norton, passed away Wednesday, May 5, 2021 at the Sarah S. Brayton Nursing Care Center. Born on September 13, 1950, he was the son of the late William J. Murphy and Mary C. (Whalen) Murphy. Kevin worked in metal fabrication and cabinetry and also as a custodian at Brockton Public Library. Humble and quiet, he was the guy you wanted to know, known as "Mr. Fix-It", he would help anyone with anything. Kevin is survived by his daughter Amanda Oliveira and her husband Steve; his grandchildren Zachary, Benjamin, Tristan and Sophia-Madeline; his eldest sister Jane, brother Larry and youngest sister Elise; and many nieces and nephews.
