Kostas G. Deliyiannis Kostas G. Deliyiannis , 82, of Brockton, died Wednesday, January 16, 2008 at the Boston Medical Center. He was the husband of Vayia K. (Ekonomos) Deliyiannis. Born November 25, 1925 in Voyatsikon, Greece, he was the son of the late George Deliyiannis and Sultana (Dangelas) Deliyiannis. Mr. Deliyiannis came to Brockton from Greece in 1956 where he has been a resident since. He worked for AB Tanning Company in Brockton, Norris Industries in South Easton, and worked for 20 years at Alden Products of Brockton where he then retired from. He was a member of the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church in Brockton and the Pan-Macedonian Club of Brockton. He enjoyed cooking, gardening, and reading current events. He is survived by his wife, Vayia K. (Ekonomos) Deliyiannis of Brockton; his sons, George Deliyiannis of Littleton and James Deliyiannis of Nutley, New Jersey; His brother, John Deliyiannis of Greece; his nieces, Thelma Twomey and Aliki Sarantopoulos both of Brockton; he is also survived by other relatives in Greece. Funeral Information Funeral from the Russell Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., (Rt123) Brockton on Monday, January 21st at 10:00AM followed by a funeral service in the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, 457 Oak St., Brockton at 11:00AM.
