Laura D. Ferrara

Laura D. (Pircio) Ferrara, wife of the late Philip Ferrara passed away on September 17, 2026 at the age of 104 years. She was the daughter of the late Peter and Carmela (DiRenzo) Pircio. She is survived by her son Philip Ferrara and his wife Patricia of Canton. Her granddaughter Lauren Ferrara, M.D. and her husband Nathan Jones, M.D. of Wellesley, her great grandchildren William Jones and Brian Jones of Wellesley. Laura was employed as the cafeteria manager at Brockton High School for many years.

Her Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, September 23, 2026 at 10:30am at Christ the King Parish, 54 Lyman Street, Brockton, MA. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery, 163 North Cary Street, Brockton, MA.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the St. Vincent DePaul Society of Christ the King Parish, 54 Lyman St, Brockton, MA 02302.
