Obituary

Laura (Clarkson) (Stankiewicz) Freshman, 91 years, of Norton formerly of Brockton died November 28, 2011 at the Good Samaritan Medical Center following a period of failing health. She was the wife of the late Walter Stankiewicz and the late Donald Freshman. Born in Nova Scotia, Canada and raised in Brockton, she was the daughter of the late John and Lily (MacKenzie) Clarkson. A Brockton High School graduate, Class of 1938, Mrs. Freshman was a homemaker devoted to her family. She will be remembered as a beautiful woman and a wonderful mother.

Mrs. Freshman is survived by a daughter Cheryl Stankiewicz of Norton and a stepson Ronald Freshman of CA and was the sister of the late Frank Clarkson.

A private graveside service was held at Union Cemetery, Brockton.
