Obituary

Renaud of Brockton formerly of Whitman, May 8, 2004 Lillian B. (Jones) Renaud 101 years. Wife of the late Harry Renaud. Aunt of Gail Place of Whitman, Glenna Cram of Vermont, Robert Caldwell of Norton and Wallace Carlson of Foxboro.

Funeral Service in the J. Frank Conley Funeral Home 138 Belmont St. (Rte 123) Brockton Wednesday at am. Burial in Melrose Cemetery. Visiting hours Tuesday 5-8 pm.

Obituary

Mrs. Renaud died Saturday evening at the West Acres Nursing Home after a brief illness. Prior to entering the nursing home two months ago she had been a resident of Emmanuel House in Brockton since 1999. She was born and raised in East Bridgewater a daughter of the late Charles and Jennie (Ross) Jones. As a young girl she moved to Brockton with her family and attended Brockton Schools. For over 50 years she had been a resident of Whitman.Together with her late sister Elsie Goodwin she was the proprietor of the Hat Box Millinery Store on High Street in Brockton. Previously she was a saleslady at S. Roger & Company and Storeys Department Stores in Brockton.Mrs. Renaud loved working outside in her yard.

She is survived by her nieces and nephews Gail Place of Whitman, Glenna Cram of Vermont, Robert Caldwell of Norton and Wallace Carlson of Foxboro and several grand nieces and nephews.Mrs. Renaud was the wife of the late Harry Renaud and sister of the late Rena G. Caldwell, Elsie A. Goodwin, Ruth S. Crawford, Dorothy Smith, Arthur T. Jones and her twin sister Laura J. Carlson
