Born August 21, 1947 in Acushnet, MA she was a daughter of Eugenia Genie (Pina) Oliver-Hines and the late John A. Oliver. Linda worked as a social worker in health care. She enjoyed reading, singing, dancing and shopping. She is survived by her mother, Eugenia Genie (Pina) Oliver-Hines; her step-father, Charles A. Hines; her children, Sherry L. Araujo, Lisa Oliver and Kimmi Silva; her 10 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her siblings, Irene Barros, Edward A. Oliver, Roslyn C. (Oliver) Reimao, Debra Oliver, Vicki L. Oliver, and Dwayne R. Oliver. She was the sister of the late John E. Oliver, Robert W. Oliver, Dale R. Oliver, Richard D. Oliver, Frank Oliver, Roberta L. Oliver, and Angel Pina Oliver. Funeral Information A Funeral Service will be held in the Russell & Pica Funeral Home on Thursday, December 4th at 11:00AM. Interment will follow in St. Patrick Cemetery, Wareham. Calling hours will be held on Thursday from 10:00AM 11:00AM.
