Lisa Hope (Carpender) Luppino, age 41, passed away on March 5, 2026. Though she'd struggled with multiple debilitating illnesses for several years, her passing was sudden and unexpected, leaving her family deeply saddened.

Born and raised in Brockton, Lisa was the youngest child of Joseph F. Carpender and Cynthia (Clinton) Carpender. She was a scholar at Southeastern Regional Technical School but having a family was what she wanted most and she married the love of her life, Paul Luppino, shortly after graduation. Two of the great joys in Lisa's life were her beautiful daughters - Kaylie, now 23 and Alivia, 17.

Being chronically ill in her adult life left Lisa an appreciation for the simple things in life. Her cats Nelly and Denny brought her comfort. Lisa loved to color while watching her favorite shows. She enjoyed horror movies, reading books, texts with friends and visits with family.

Lisa took great pride in being her mother’s care taker and her family is grateful to her for her dedication in that really hard time.

Lisa is predeceased by her parents Joseph F. Carpender (2006) and Cynthia (Clinton) Carpender (2026) as well as her bonus dad John Sousa (2025).

She is mourned by surviving family: her husband Paul of Stoughton, daughter Alivia Luppino of Stoughton, daughter Kaylie Luppino Lakeville, sister Heather-Ann Feeney and her husband Derek of Brockton, brother Joseph F. Carpender Jr and his wife Heidi of Carver, [aunt Marianne Carpender of Taunton] as well several [other] aunts and uncles, and many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Lisa Hope, the baby that brought hope to our family. We love you very much and pray you aren't in any more pain. Please hug and kiss mom for us.

A celebration of life will be determined at a later date for friends of Lisa to gather with her family to remember her fondly. She is going to be missed and remembered by all.
