Obituary

Lola F. (Castelluzzi) (DiCicco) Skaparas Lola F. (Castelluzzi) (DiCicco) Skaparas , 81, of South Easton and formerly of Brockton, died Friday, October 31, 2008 at the Caritas Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton after a period of failing health. She was the wife of the late Valentino DiCicco and Albert Skaparas. Born June 25, 1927 in Brockton, she was the daughter of the late John Castelluzzi and Anna (Lalli) Castelluzzi. Raised in Brockton, she was a graduate of Brockton High School and Emmanuel College. Mrs. Skaparas was a retired School Teacher in Raynham Public School System for over 20 years. She was a member of the Brockton Italian Scholarship Club and she was a volunteer worker at the Caritas Good Samaritan Medical Center. She loved to travel, read, and cook. She is survived by her children, Paul DiCicco and his wife Helen of Florida, David DiCicco and his wife Carol of Wilmington, and Anne DiCicco of South Easton; her stepson, Albert Skaparas; her grandchildren, Rosanne DiCicco, Michelle Lincoln, Dawn DiCicco, Kelly DiCicco; her sister, Carmella Poulson; she is also survived by 2 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Information Funeral from the Russell Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., (Rt123) Brockton on Tuesday at 9:00AM thence to Holy Cross Parish, 225 Purchase St., South Easton where a funeral mass will be celebrated for the repose of her soul at 10:00AM. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Brockton. Calling hours in the Russell Pica Funeral Home Monday 5:00-8:00PM.
