Louise M. (Proulx) Johnson Louise M. (Proulx) Johnson , 67, of Brockton, passed away Tuesday, March 9, 2010 at the Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital after a brief illness. She was the wife of Edward K. Johnson. Born August 4, 1942 in Brockton, she was the daughter of the late Edgar Proulx and Barbara (Thomas) Proulx. Raised in Brockton, she graduated from Brockton High School in 1960. After graduating from High School she worked for Vega Plumbing and Canduce and Cruz Plumbing. She then worked for the Brockton Enterprise for 28 years. She enjoyed spending time with her family and watching football. She has been a lifelong Brockton resident. She is survived by her husband, Edward K. Johnson; her daughter, Kristen L. McGregor and her husband Michael; her brother Arthur Proulx and his wife Gail; her sister-in-law, Marilyn Mihos and her husband Ted; her step-grandchildren, Ashley, Ryan, and Kenny; she is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Funeral Information Following cremation, a Memorial Gathering will be held in the Russell Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., (RT123) Brockton on Saturday, March 13th from 10:00-11:00AM followed by a Memorial Service in the funeral home at 11:00AM. Rev. Kenneth Hilston, Jr. will officiate. Interment will follow in Pine Hill Cemetery, West Bridgewater.
