Louise (Howard) Mills Louise Howard Mills, 75, of Stewart, Florida and formerly of Brockton, MA died December 17, 2007 after a short illness. She was the daughter of the late Frederick T. Howard and Theresa (Kien) Howard. Mrs. Mills was a longtime Brockton resident growing up in the city and attending St. Patrick's Grade School and Brockton High School. She graduated from the School of Nursing at Brockton Hospital and practiced that profession throughout her life. She is survived by her son Paul Scott Bernard of Stewart, FL; her brother Frederick B. Howard of Boxford; her sister Nancy Howard Tashiro of Arcadia, FL. Funeral Information Following cremation, a graveside service will be held in Melrose Cemetery, Brockton on Wednesday, May 21st at 11:00AM in the family lot.
