Louise M. (Minerva) Tarantino Louise M. (Minerva) Tarantino , 84, of South Easton, passed away Friday, October 8, 2010 at the Life Care Center of West Bridgewater surrounded by her family after a period of failing health. She was the wife of Louis Tarantino. Born October 10, 1925 in Brockton, she was the daughter of the late Cosimo Minerva and Ardele (Lombardi) Minerva. Louise was a co-owner of Designer's Choice in Brockton for over 12 years. Prior to that, she worked at Alyce Reizian Bridal Shop for many years. She loved to sketch, draw and travel. She enjoyed many outings to Foxwood with family and friends. She was devoted to her family and she was a member of the Sons of Italy. She was a Brockton resident for 75 years and a South Easton resident for the last 7 years. She is survived by her husband, Louis Tarantino; her son Tony Tarantino and his wife Nora of Rockville Center, New York; her sister, Mary Ottaviano of Brockton; she is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Funeral Information Funeral from the Russell Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., (Rt123) Brockton on Wednesday, October 13th at 9:00AM thence to Immaculate Conception Church, 193 North Main St., North Easton where a funeral mass will be celebrated for the repose of her soul at 10:00AM.
