Lucienne G. Wilkinson, 102, passed away on Monday, August 14, 2023. She was born in Brockton where she remained a lifelong resident. She was the devoted wife of the late John F. Wilkinson for 52 years, until his passing in 2000.

Lucienne was the daughter of the late Andrew Cerone of Italy and Aline Anaclet Cerone of France, who met and married after WWI, before settling in Brockton.

After raising her children and caring for her parents who resided with her, Lucienne began working with the Brockton Public Schools in the food service program at Brockton High School, until retiring at the age of 84.

She was devoted to her family and her faith, which were most important to her.

Lucienne is survived by her children, John F. Wilkinson and his wife Gayle, Russell Wilkinson and the late Frances J. Wilkinson, and Dana Wilkinson, all of Brockton. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, 3 nephews and 2 nieces. She was predeceased by her sister Marcelle Martin and her brother Peter Cerone.

Visiting hours are omitted. Lucienne's mass of Christian burial will be at Christ the King Church, 54 Lyman Street, Brockton on Tuesday, August 29 at 10:30 AM followed by interment in Calvary Cemetery, 163 North Cary Street, Brockton.
