Obituary

Lucy M. (Carrozza) Crocker, age 84, of Easton, died Monday, March 3, 2014 at Morton Hospital. Born and raised in Brockton, she was the daughter of the late Pasquale and Maria N. (Colombo) Carrozza. Lucy was a 1947 graduate of Brockton High School and for many years was a waitress at the Capeway Manor. She was a generous and giving person who loved spending time with her family; was an animal lover, especially of dogs and monkeys, and loved the American flag. Lucy was also an avid golfer who spent many hours at Strawberry Valley Golf Course; an avid card player and enjoyed the beach, dancing, bowling, and listening to Frank Sinatra.

Lucy is survived by three children, Gail Quarterley of Apache Junction, AZ; Kenneth R. Crocker of East Bridgewater and Kathi Carey of Wrentham; three grandchildren Meagan Quarterley, Celeste Carey and Ross Carey; a sister Angelina Melchionda of Sandwich and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Anthony, James, Michael, Henry, Daniel and Pasquale Carrozza.

Visiting Hours will be held in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street, (Rte 123) Brockton Thursday 5-8pm. The funeral procession will gather at the funeral home Friday at 9am for a funeral mass in St. Patrick Church at 10am. Burial in Calvary Cemetery.
