Madeleine I. (McPherson) Russell, 69 of Brockton passed away Wednesday, August 14, 2024 at the Good Samaritan Medical Center, Brockton. She was the wife of James Russell for 55 years. Born September 18, 1954 in Cohasset. She was the daughter of the late John McPherson and Barbara (Ainslie) McPherson. She is survived by her husband James and her children Sandra Sullivan, Scott Russell (Patricia Gomes), Sherri Russell (Paul Chubbuck), Lindsay Cunniff and her husband Sean. Her grandsons Duncan Sullivan, Daniel, Wade, Gabriel, Blake Cunniff, and Cameron Chubbuck. Her siblings Daniel McPherson and wife Lisa, Carole McPherson, Patricia Pastel and husband Terry. She was the sister of the late Marlene Simeone, Billy McPherson, Richard McPherson, and Kevin McPherson. She was survived by many nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at the Beechwood Cemetery, Cohasset, MA on Tuesday, August 20, 2024 at 11 am.
