Obituary

Malcolm D. Gary, Jr. age 60 of Halifax, died on February 1, 2022 at the Brockton Hospital after a period of failing health. He was born in Brockton and raised in East Bridgewater, a son of the late Lois (Green) and Malcolm D. Gary, Sr.

For several years Malcom had been a custodian at Bridgewater State College. He will be remembered as a man who paid attention to detail and was very particular.

Malcolm loved carpentry, making models and cleaning. He enjoyed Lost in Space, collecting Hallmark ornaments and animals.

Malcolm is survived by his siblings Linda Tansey, wife of the late Bernard, of Hanson, Donna Lewis and her husband Guy of Halifax, Cindy Carlson and her husband David of Wareham, Tammye Purslow and her husband David of Fall River and Heidi Allen and her husband Kevin of Raynham. He also leaves 9 nieces and nephews, 13 great nieces and nephews and 2 great grandnephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held for Malcolm at a later date.
