Manuel Barros Manuel Reis Barros,59, of Brockton, died Wednesday, May 28, 2008 at the Caritas Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton. He was the husband of Ilda (Alves)Barros. Born February 2, 1949 in Fogo, Cape Verde, he was the son of the late Manuel Barros and Angelina (Andrade) Barros. Mr. Barros worked as a factory worker for several years. He has been a Brockton resident for the last 22 years. He was an avid sports fan and especially enjoyed soccer. He is survived by his children, Nelson Barros and Luther Barros; his step-children, Ivone Lopes, Eloisa Pias and Grace Spears; his grandchildren, Thali, Tayler, Jaylon and Jamany.
