Gloddy, of Brockton, February 8, 2003, Margaret L. “Margie” (Johnson) Gloddy 59 years. Mother of Lisa Gustafson of Texas; Richard E. Gloddy of Florida; Mary Louise Gloddy of Brockton and the late Robert M. Gloddy. Grandmother of James and Jessica Gloddy.

Funeral Service in the J. Frank Conley Funeral Home 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton Wednesday at 11am. Burial in Knollwood Memorial Park. Visiting hours Tuesday 5-8 pm.

Mrs. Gloddy died Saturday at the Brockton Hospital after a brief illness. She was born in Brockton daughter of the late Frank H. and Mary (Sullivan) Johnson. She remained a lifelong resident of the city.Mrs. Gloddy had worked at the Brockton VA Medical Center laundry department for 28 years.She enjoyed time spent with her grandchildren; country music and just being the life of the party.

She is survived by her 3 children and 2 grandchildren, 4 sisters Mary Louise Coelho of Bridgewater; Carol Huntress of Wareham; Joanne Maldonado of Brockton and Nancy Gilmore of SouthwickMany nieces and nephewsShe was the mother of the late Robert M. Gloddy
