Holford of Brockton September 25, 2003 Margaret A. “Maggie” (Curtin-MacLeod) Holford, 59 years. Wife of Gary Holford and the late Russell MacLeod.Funeral Services were held Monday. Donations in Maggie’s memory may be made to the American Liver Foundation New England Chapter 88 Winchester Ave., Newton, MA 02461.

Obituary

Mrs. Holford died Thursday evening at the Caritas Good Samaritan Medical Center after a lengthy illness. She was born in Brockton daughter of the late John L. Curtin and Claire (O’Brien-Curtin) Blaney. She remained a lifelong resident of the city.

Mrs. Holford was a graduate of Brockton High School Class of 1962. She was a homemaker devoted to her home and family.

In addition to her husband she is survived by her four children Lisa (MacLeod) Flynn of Braintree; Russell MacLeod, Jr. of Easton; Michael MacLeod of New Bedford and Kimberly MacLeod of Brockton.7 grandchildren

Four sisters Louise Spillane of Brockton; Claire Cicone of Bridgewater; Helen Pomarico of Brockton and Carole Ellis of MarshfieldAlso many nieces and nephews

She was the sister of the late David Poliatti and wife of the late Russell MacLeod

Services were Monday with burial in Calvary Cemetery
