Obituary

Margaret W. (Brown) Leonard, age 95, of Brockton, died on October 21, 2023 at Good Samaritan Medical Center. She was the loving wife for 70 years of Philip J. Leonard, Jr. Born, raised and educated in Canton, she was the daughter of the late William J. and Margaret V. (Skovira) Brown.

Margaret’s life was centered around her husband, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was an avid reader and enjoyed dancing and working on crossword puzzles.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children: Philip J. Leonard, III and his wife Susan of Niantic, CT, John W. Leonard and his wife Laura of LaMesa, CA, Andrew J. Leonard and his wife Mia of Phillipson, MA, Steven M. Leonard of Brockton and Laura A. Leonard of Attleboro. She was the grandmother of Philip, IV, Eric, Peter, William, IV and Emily and great grandmother of Finn, Lia and William, V. She is also survived by her sister Joan Lowden of Attleboro.
