Obituary

Margaret M. “Peggie” (McLaughlin) Devine 97 years old, of North Easton died Wednesday July 7, 2010 at the Braemoor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center after a period of failing health. She was the wife of the late John J. Devine Peggie was born and raised in Sharon a daughter of the late Francis and Anne (Flannery) McLaughlin and was the last surviving sibling of Grace Kelly, Mary Swindell, Catherine Sullivan, Agnes Fallon, William and Frank McLaughlin.
Peggie had been a resident of Dorchester for over 40 years before moving to Easton 23 years ago. She was a homemaker who enjoyed crossword puzzles and reading in her free time. She leaves many nieces and nephews.
Funeral from the Conley Funeral Home 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton Tuesday at 9 am. Funeral Mass in Immaculate Conception Church, North Easton at 10 am. Burial in New Calvary Cemetery, Boston. Visiting hours Monday 5-8 pm.
