Margaret Ann (Mackoul) Pratt, 82, of Middleboro passed away peacefully on Saturday June 24th 2023. She was the beloved wife of the late John Pratt.

Born August 21, 1940 in Winsted CT, she was the daughter of the late George and Helen (Winn) Mackoul.

Margaret is survived by her daughter Karen Johnson and her husband Kevin Johnson; daughter Christine Pratt Cavanagh; grandchildren Erinn Cavanagh Gallo, Karly Randall, Elysse Otis, Drew Randall, Zachary Otis, and Cameron Otis; great grandchildren Julian Gallo, Mia Gallo, Dylan McKinney and Blake McKinney.

"Peggy" was most often found enjoying the comforts of home sitting at the kitchen table smoke in hand, cranberry juice on the table, knitting, crocheting, doing one of many sudoku puzzles, enjoying good conversation with loved ones sharing stories on the phone and sharing her wisdom.

Peggy's most profound love were her grandchildren, great grandchildren, and her furbabies; Puff, Chessie, Mittens, Misty, Molly, and her favorite Rocky- they all lived like cat royalty.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date

In lieu of flowers to honor Peggy's love of animals donations would be graciously accepted to Neponset Valley humane society
