Margarita (Rivera) Robles, 89, of Wall, New Jersey and formerly of Brockton, passed away Tuesday June 3, 2025 at her home under the care of her family and hospice. She was the wife of the late Juan A. Robles.

Born December 31, 1935 in Ponce, Puerto Rico, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Rivera and Martina (Santiago) Rivera. Margarita was born and raised in Ponce, Puerto Rico. Along with her family, she came to Brockton, Massachusetts right before the blizzard of 1978 (she was not sure about staying). She spent the last 12 years of her life with her youngest daughter in New Jersey.

She was a combination of quiet strength and loud humor. Her care for others far exceeded the care for herself, and being surrounded by children was her biggest joy. Dementia may have robbed her of several things in her later years, but it never robbed her of the capacity to give and receive love.

She will be deeply missed.

She is survived by her children, Hector J. Robles and his wife Carmen, Orlando A. Robles and his wife Jacquelyn, Enid G. Robles Avelino, Raul Robles, Edgardo Robles and his wife Elizabeth and Denise Robles; she is also survived by many Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren and Great-Great Grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Carmen M. Robles.

Calling hours in the Russell & Pica Funeral Home, 17 Main St., (Rt105) Lakeville on Sunday, June 7th from 2:00PM-4:00PM. Funeral Services in the Russell & Pica Funeral Home on Monday at 11:30AM.
