Maria Pina Andrade Maria Pina Andrade , 101, of Brockton, passed away Sunday, March 27, 2011 at her home under the care of her family. She was the wife of the late Manuel Andrade. Born January 8, 1910 in Fogo, Cape Verde, she was the daughter of the late Francisco and Claudina DePina. Maria "BeBe" Andrade has been a matriarch to the Andrade Family. She was as strong in character as she was physically. She gave the gift of love and humor for all to remember her by. She will be forever in the family's hearts and they are so grateful to have shared her fruitful life of 101 years. She is survived by her children, Alfredo, Ines, Horacio Andrade and the late Jose Andrade; her 27 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and some great-great grandchildren; her brother, Arlindo Pina. Funeral Information Funeral from the Russell Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., (Rt123) Brockton on Wednesday, March 30th at 8:00AM followed by a funeral mass in St. Edith Stein/St. Edward Parish, 71 East Main St., Brockton at 9:00AM.
