Maria "Tchutcha" Miranda, age 73, of Brockton Ma. She was born in Fogo, Cape Verde to Adelino and Emilia Oliveira. She passed away peacefully in her home and returned to our lord on November 12, 2023.

She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt. Her sense of humor brightened many lives. She married Napoleon Miranda in 1982. She was a beloved mother to 3 beautiful children Terrie, Kellie, and Kevin and a cherished grandmother of 9. Maria loved spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed traveling, shopping, and listening to music. Most important thing to her was putting God first. She was a devoted member of the Universal Church in Brockton. What we will remember most about Maria is her generous and loving heart. She always put others before herself. We will carry her memories forever in our hearts.

Visitation will be held at the Russell & Pica Funeral  Home 165 Belmont Street, Brockton, MA on Thursday November 16, 2023 from 5 to 8 pm. Her funeral service will be in the funeral home on Friday November 17, 2023 at 10 a.m. Burial to follow immediately after in Central Cemetery, 170 Central Street, East Bridgewater, MA.
