Born May 13, 1938 in Brava, Cape Verde, she was the daughter of the late Candido Semado and Laura Goncalves. She is survived by her children, Aurelio DePina, Daniel Pires, Laura Rodrigues, Amelia Pires, Maria Pires, Adriano Pires, Idite Pires, Domingos Pires and Joao Pires; she is also survived by 52 grandchildren and 61 great-grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Jose Pires. Funeral Information Funeral from the Russell & Pica Funeral Home on Saturday, February 6th at 8:00AM followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Edith Stein/St. Edward Parish, 71 East Main St., Brockton at 9:00AM.
