Online Obituaries Marie I. (Garcea) Legault, 72, of Brockton, passed away on Friday, June 23, 2017 under the care of her loving family and hospice after a period of failing health. She was the wife of Alfred A. Legault. Born February 22, 1945 in Brockton, MA she was a daughter of the late Augustino Garcea and Mary (Dimarzo) Garcea. Raised and educated in Brockton, Marie worked as an office administrator. She was a huge fan of the Red Sox and also the New England Patriots. Marie enjoyed karaoke and music. She played the accordion for many years. Marie was a booster for the Brockton High School Band. She was known to be the funny goofy one at the party. Marie and Fred went on many road trips in their fifth wheel camper. They traveled to Virginia, upstate New York, Connecticut and Tennessee. She accompanied Fred on his Skirmishing events. Marie enjoyed the beach in Marshfield in her younger days with her family. She is survived by her loving husband, Alfred A. Legault; her children, Joseph G. Legault and his partner Kevin Casimiro and Lisa M. Legault and Chris Bailey; her grandson, Lukas J. Bailey; her brother, Fran D. Garcea; and cousins, Laureen A. Florio and Roland J. Florio, MD. Funeral Information Funeral from the Russell & Pica Funeral Home, 441 South Main St., (RT28) West Bridgewater on Tuesday, June 27th at 9:00AM thence to St. Ann Church, 103 North Main St., West Bridgewater where a funeral mass will be celebrated for the repose of her soul at 10:00AM. Interment will follow in the Calvary Cemetery, Brockton. Calling hours Monday from 4:00PM-7:00PM.
