Obituary

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Marie “ReeRee” O’Hearn, age 69, on January 18, 2021. Born in Boston Ma, she was the beloved daughter of the late Walter and Terry O’Hearn.

Upon graduation from Brockton High School, she moved to Germany and lived with our brother Bill for several years and enjoyed her travels throughout Europe. She was very athletic in her earlier years and excelled in track and field and softball amongst other sports. She was adventurous in nature and spoke conversational German and Portuguese.

Upon her return to the states, she worked with mentally and physically challenged people for most of her adult career. Marie made friends easily and was a very thoughtful, generous, and loyal friend.

Marie is survived by her two sisters Nancy Weeks Droukas and Karen Hay and is predeceased by her brothers Paul, Bill and Michael. She leaves behind much loved nieces and nephews and a host of family and friends. She will be sadly missed. Our solace is that she was ready to stand before her Lord and Maker.

Interment is private. We will be having a celebration of Marie’s life in the near future. Friends and family will be notified.
