Funeral from the J. Frank Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton Saturday at 9 am. Funeral Mass in St. Colman Church at 10am. Burial in Calvary Cemetery. Visiting hours Friday 4-8 pm.

Obituary

Mrs. Smith died Monday night at her home after a period of failing health. Born in Marlboro, daughter of the late Joseph E. and Rosalie (Grandchamp) Clairmont. Resident of Brockton for most of her life. Attended Brockton Schools and Mrs. Elliot’s Business School. She retired in 1974 from the City of Brockton from the Retirement Office after 22 years. Previous she worked in the business office of Schlitz Distributors and W.L. Douglas Shoe and Regal Shoe Mfgrs. Member of the Mass Catholic Women’s Guild. Communicant of St. Margaret Church

She is survived by many nieces and nephews
