Marie Violette Exilus of Brockton, Ma passed away on September 28, 2025 in Brockton.

She was born on June 27, 1952, in Port-au-Prince, Haiti to Desir Exilus and Carmen Castil. Violette attended Classic College of Haiti. She came to America in the 80s following her brothers and sisters. She then began her career in hospitality. Before retiring she was an employee at Marriot.

She loved going to church and watching sports. She enjoyed cooking and being a doting mother to her daughter Rachelle and a nurturing aunt to her nieces and nephews.

She is survived by her only daughter, remaining sisters and brothers, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be held on Saturday, October 11th from 8:00-9:30 AM in the Russell & Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., Brockton followed by a funeral service in St. Paul's Parish, 701 Pleasant St., Brockton. Interment in Melrose Cemetery, Brockton.
