Marilyn Ann (Janinno) Johnston, 76, of East Bridgewater, passed away on Sunday, December 19, 2021, at her home under the care of her family and hospice. She was the wife of the late Walter D. Johnston, Jr.
Born on May 21, 1945, in Everett, she was the daughter of the late Alfred Janinno and Phyllis (Rocco) Janinno. She graduated from Everett High School.
Marilyn loved cooking and watching football, especially the Patriots and most of all, loved being with her family. She was a stay at home mom and took care of all of her nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
Marilyn is survived by her children Scott Johnston and his wife Pamela, Denise Khoury and her husband Mike and Christine Desimone; her grandchildren Joey and his companion Tina, Aaron, Giana, Jennifer, Cory, Taylor, Pracilla, Venessa and Scarlett; her great-grandchildren Aiden, Jayden, Landen, Summer and A.J.; her sisters Joan Diloreto and her husband Raymond and Mary Chrisos and husband Steve; and several nieces and nephews. Marilyn was also the sister of the late Phyllis Silva and Angela Liquore.
Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, December 29th in the Russell & Pica Funeral Home, 441 South Main St., (Rt.28) West Bridgewater from 11:00 AM-1:00 PM followed by a funeral service at 1:00 PM.
