Online Obituaries Marion P. McNally, of Rockland, formerly of Bridgewater and Brockton, passed away Friday, October 21, 2016 in Milton. She was under the care of her family and hospice after a lengthy battle fought with faith, dignity and courage. Born October 27, 1945 in Boston, she was the daughter of the late Hugh C. McNally and Helen (McCue) McNally. Marion worked at Tufts (New England Medical Center) for more than 40 years. As Treasurer of NEMCH Credit Union she built it from humble origins into a highly respected financial institution. Prior to retiring in 2009, she structured a merger with Alpha Credit Union to ensure her legacy would continue. Marion was truly loved and respected by so many that she's helped over the years. The hospital was an extension of her family. Devoted to her family, she loved to spend time with her grandson above all. She enjoyed playing bingo with her sisters and friends. Marion hosted Saturday night card games and Sunday dinners and everyone was always welcome. Her home was the hub of family gatherings, especially Christmas Eve. She is survived by her son, Jeffrey D. McNally of Abington; her grandson, Aidan McNally (I love you more) of Hanover. She was the devoted sister of Darlene Rolfs of Milton, Joann Woodford of Norton, Brian McNally of Brockton, Catherine Amerault of Brockton and the late Sandra Raphel, Maureen LaPlaca and Robert McNally. Marion was the loving aunt to many nieces and nephews. She was a cherished cousin, godmother and best friend. Funeral Information Funeral from the Russell & Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., (Rt123) Brockton on Monday, October 31st at 9:00AM thence to St. Joseph Church, 153 South Franklin St., Holbrook where a funeral mass will be celebrated for the repose of her soul at 10:30AM.
