Marjorie J. (McKinnon) Joslyn, 86, passed away on Friday, March 1, 2024 at the Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton. She was the wife of the late Robert J. Joslyn.

Born in Newton on July 17, 1937, she was the daughter of the late Robert H. McKinnon and Mary E. (Shaughnessy) McKinnon. Marjorie was a 1956 graduate of Brighton High School.

Prior to retiring, Marjorie was a clerk at Massasoit Community College for 15 years.

She is survived by her children Robert T. Joslyn and his wife Melody of Middleboro, Steven W. Joslyn and his wife Tammy of Mississippi, James R. Joslyn and his wife Lisa of Brockton, Hilda "Missie" M. Kirkus of Utah, Lois Sobrado and her husband Ron of Hawaii, Larraine Kenney and her husband Allan of Florida, Marjorie Bonenfant and her husband Brian of Taunton, and Pattiann Buckley and her husband Stephen of Brockton;

Her 17 grandchildren, Tiffany and Derek Joslyn, Carrie Herron, Sean Kirkus, Jennifer and Elizabeth Sobrado, Danielle Roberts, Joshua Kenney, Jessica Joslyn, Adam and Megan Bonenfant, Brett, Andrew and Hunter Daniels, and Arehana, Rayanne and Jacob Joslyn; and 9 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her best friend and the Thelma to her Louise, Betty Domings.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday, March 7th in the Russell & Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., Brockton from 4:00-7:00 PM, followed by a funeral service at 7:00 PM. Interment will be private.
