Obituary

Mark McCluskey passed away on December 12, 2025 after a long illness, surrounded by his loving family. Mark was born in Brockton on October 16, 1954 to the late Eugene F. McCluskey, Jr. and late Veronica (Chesnauskas) McCluskey. Mark attended Brockton schools, graduating from Brockton High School in 1972, where he was a member of the track team. He continued his education at Bridgewater State, earning a Bachelor's Degree in 1976. Mark spent most of his career in the building and construction trade.

Mark loved spending time with his family, especially on Cape Cod, and later camping at Calumet in New Hampshire. Like many of his generation, he was a fan of classic cars and classic music of the 1960s and 70s. His pride possession was his 1973 Mercury Cougar which he enjoyed bringing to the Wheels of Time car shows.

He is survived by his loving wife Margaret (Mardi) McCluskey, his daughter Sarah Baggan and her husband Mike, grandchildren Chayce and Ryleigh Baggan, all of Plymouth, a sister Karen McSherry and her husband Jim of Easton, a nephew Adam McSherry of Dunbarton, NH and a nephew Eric McSherry of Raynham.
