Marlene Monteiro Miranda Marlene Monteiro Miranda , 19, of Brockton died Saturday, Sept. 22, 2007 at Boston Medical Center. Born September 14, 1988 in Fogo, Cape Verde, she was the daughter of Joao Miranda and Flora Monteiro. She lived in Brockton for the last four years. She graduated from Boston International High School. She was to attend Bridgewater State College to study Crime Scene Investigation. She enjoyed singing and writing songs. She is survived by her parents, Joao Miranda and Flora Monteiro of Brockton; her siblings, Delcy Miranda, Claudia Miranda, Silvia Miranda, Natalio Miranda, Jason Miranda, Eugeninho Miranda, Darlene Miranda; her grandparents, Josefina Monteiro and Etelvina Martins. Funeral Information Funeral Service will be held in the Russell Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St. (Rte 123) Brockton on Saturday, Sept. 29th at 9:00AM.
