Mary V. Flynn Mary V. Flynn , 86, of Brockton, died Monday, June 14, 2010 in Holbrook under the care of her family and hospice after a period of failing health. Born April 30, 1924 in Boston, MA she was a daughter of the late James J. Flynn and Anna I. (Hartnett) Flynn. Raised and educated in the Boston area Mary worked as a clerk for the Savings Bank Life Insurance from which she retired. She went on after her retirement to work as a home health aid for the elderly for 16 years in the Medfield and Worcester area. Mary was a parishioner of Christ the King Parish. She is survived by her brothers, John F. Flynn and his wife Frances and Paul J. Flynn all of Brockton; She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late James Flynn and Dorothy Fabrizio. The family would like to give a special thanks to Mary's caregiver Victoria North.
