Mary (Drivas) Hasomeris Mary (Drivas) Hasomeris , 81, of Avon, died Monday, August 25, 2008 at Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital after a lengthy illness. She was the wife of Peter S. Hasomeris. Born March 14, 1927 in Peabody she was the daughter of the late John Drivas and Irene (Lazarakis) Drivas. Raised in Peabody she was a graduate of Peabody High School and later attended Wilfred Beauty Academy. Mary was a housewife and helped her husband Peter with the family business. She was a member of the Greek Ladies Philopthos Society and a member of the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church in Brockton. She is survived by her husband, Peter S. Hasomeris of Avon; her children, John P. Hasomeris and his wife Susan of Brockton and Flora Rosenfield of Bridgewater; her grandchildren Tara and Alexander Hasomeris both of Brockton; her brother and sisters, Arthur Drivas of Andover, Celia Nalesnik and Eleanor Kalavretinos both of Peabody; she is also survived by many nieces and nephews. She was the mother-in-law of the late Gerald K. Rosenfield, Jr. Funeral Information Funeral from the Russell Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., (Rt123) Brockton on Thursday, August 28th at 10:00AM followed by a funeral service in the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, 457 Oak St., Brockton at 11:00AM.
