Mary L. (Washburn) Hume, 87, passed away Tuesday, October 26, 2021 at her home in Brockton surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Joseph G. Hume, Jr. Born January 2, 1934 in Brockton, MA she was the daughter of the late Martin Washburn and Irene (Weatherbee) Donahue. She is survived by her son; Edward Hume and wife Gloria of Brockton and a daughter; Laura Barnes and husband James of Florida; Grandchildren; Fred Hume, Shannon Rodrigues, Shelby Dunhammel and Nicole Mohammed; 11 great grandchildren and her sister; Margaret Donahue of Bridgewater. She was also the sister of the late, Richard Washburn, Barbara Necker and Dorothy Weir. As well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 28th at 11:00AM in the Calvary Cemetery, Brockton.
