Online Obituaries On Saturday, March 11, West Bridgewater lost a lifelong resident. Born to Agnes & William Pross and preceded in death by parents and twin sister Betty, Mary is survived by her husband Bob of 69 years and son Bob Jr (Cindy) VA, daughter Kathy (Larry) Richmond OR and granddaughter Erica (J.B.) of VA. Mary loved life and it loved her. Through her life she enjoyed many activities including playing cards, crosswords, archery, tennis, biking, hiking, camping skiing and sailing. Mary was a longtime employee of The Hockomock beginning with the opening of the grocery store in the early 60's. She was a past matron of the Huntington Chapter of Eastern Star now Brockton. Mary was happiest whenever she was with friends and with family and she had lots of friends. She looked forward to her annual trips to Florida with her friends and they were dubbed the 'Golden Girls'. Bob& Mary held an open house on Christmas Eve which started with family and grew into an annual tradition which would include friends as recent as 2016. Funeral Information She will be missed beyond words and her life will be celebrated at The First Church of West Bridgewater at 29 Howard St on the 1st of April at 11:00 a.m.
