Obituary

Mary K. Malloy, 84 years of Brockton, died September 2, 2008 at the Guardian Center. She had been a lifelong resident of Brockton, daughter of the late Joseph and Theresa (Shea) Malloy. Mary was a graduate of Brockton High School and had been employed by Liggett’s Drugstore and retired from the Brockton Hospital after 25 years. She enjoyed making crafts, trips to Florida and visiting family in Ireland. Mary had been a longtime communicant of St. Margaret and St. Patrick Churches.

She is survived by her nieces and nephews, Nicholas Froio and his wife Bonnie of N. Easton, Maureen Asker and her husband Stanley of Brockton, Veronica Mooney and her husband Kenneth of Sandwich, Patricia Kostick and her husband Robert of Brockton and James Froio and his wife Debra; several great nieces and nephews and her sister in law Margaret Malloy of Sandwich. She was the sister of the late James and Joseph Malloy and Anne Froio.

A Graveside Service will be held at a later date in St. Patrick Cemetery.
