Obituary

Mary V. (McClenaghan) Reynolds age 83 passed away peacefully on January 16, 2011 with her family by her side at the Avow Hospice in Naples, Florida. She was the wife of the late Joseph J. Reynolds. Mary was born and raised in Cambridge, a daughter of the late Charles P. and Catherine F. (Carroll) McClenaghan. Since 1962 Mary had lived in Scituate. She enjoyed winters at her home in Naples, Florida. She was a homemaker devoted to raising her seven children. Mary loved shopping and going out to restaurants and especially enjoyed time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Mary also travelled extensively and loved cruises and trips to Disney World.

She is survived by her children Michael J. Reynolds and his wife Joni, Joseph J. Reynolds, Jr. and his wife Ellen, Katherine Reynolds and Charlie Reynolds all of Scituate; Maureen Frisoli of Hanson, Edward Reynolds and his wife Eileen of Sandwich and Jimmy Reynolds of Marshfield. Mary leaves ten grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Mary of the Nativity Church in Scituate Harbor on Saturday February 5, 2011 at 10 am. Burial will follow in Cudworth Cemetery, Scituate.
