MaryJane (Montgomery) Porter, 71, of Brockton passed away on Wednesday, December 15, 2021, at the Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital. She was the wife of Louis D. Porter. Born on March 24, 1950, in Brockton, she was the daughter of the late James Montgomery and Marjorie (Schutt) Montgomery. She graduated from Brockton High School with the class of 1968. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and aunt to many nieces and nephews. She loved cooking, playing cards, and spending time with family. In addition to her husband, Louis, MaryJane is survived by her daughters Tanya Porter, Samantha Porter Bardasz and Olivia Porter; her son Louis Porter III and wife Renee Porter; her grandchildren Cord Porter, Sabastian Porter, Isabella Hurley, Louis Porter IV, Dylan Porter, Taylor DeCosta, Oliviana Lima, Caleb Porter, Peter Bardasz, Lilliana Porter, and Kaiden Porter; her great grandchildren William Porter, Nathienal Porter, and Jackson McLaughlin; her sisters, brothers, nieces and nephews; and her goddaughter and caretaker, Sabrina Brewer. She is predeceased by her first-born grandchild, William Porter. Funeral services will be held in the Russell & Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., (Rt123) Brockton on Tuesday, December 28th at 11:00AM. Interment will follow in Pine Hill Cemetery, West Bridgewater.
