(Caton) LaFrance. A lifelong Brockton resident, he graduated from Brockton High School and received his Bachelors Degree from Bridgewater State College. Matthew worked as a Laborer for Local Union #721 and also as a Sprinkler Fitter. He enjoyed basketball. He is survived by his father, Frederic E. LaFrance and his companion Linda Jarvio of Brockton; his siblings, Christopher J. LaFrance and his wife Wendy of Brockton, Kerrin A. LaFrance and her husband Gregory Smith of Orleans and Jessica K. LaFrance of Haydenville; his nephew and nieces, Noah Brink, Genevieve Smith and Savion Smith; his aunt, Jean Caton.
