Maureen A. Walsh Maureen A. Walsh , of Yarmouthport and formerly of Brockton, died unexpectedly on Monday, June 14, 2010 at the Cape Cod Hospital. Born in Brockton, she was the daughter of the late Basil B. Walsh and Agnes E. (Bernier) Walsh. She was a graduate of Brockton High School and Bridgewater State College. Maureen was a Teacher in Abington and in Barnstable. Her interests included antiques and Estate Sales. She was an avid gardener. She is survived by her brother, Brian L. Walsh of West Yarmouth; her sister-in-law, Mary Walsh of South Yarmouth; her niece, Kathleen M. Arnold of Harwich; her nephews, Stephen G. Walsh of VT, Michael P. Walsh of Forestdale, David J. Walsh of Sandwich and Christopher B. Walsh of South Yarmouth; she is also survived by numerous other great nieces and great nephews. She was the sister of the late Basil B. Walsh. Funeral Information Funeral from the Hallett Funeral Home, 273 Station Ave., Yarmouth on Friday at 9:00AM thence to St. Pius X Parish, Station Ave., South Yarmouth where a funeral mass will be celebrated for the repose of her soul at 10:00AM.
