Michael Agathos Michael Agathos , 76, of Brockton, died unexpectedly Wednesday, April 9, 2008 at the New England Sinai Hospital in Stoughton. He was the husband of Valerie (Demetroulis) Agathos. Born January 23, 1932 in Athens, Greece, he was the son of the late Stefan Agathos and Eugenia (Hatopi) Agathos. Michael was a Chef and had worked for Jimmy's Harborside Restaurant in Boston and Christo's Restaurant in Brockton for several years. He at one time owned and operated Circle M Family Restaurant in Houston, Texas and he has been a Brockton resident since 1987. He was a member of the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church and enjoyed gardening and singing. He is survived by his wife, Valerie (Demetroulis) Agathos; his children, Stephen Agathos and his wife Deborah of FL, Suzanne Maguire and her husband Jim of Brockton, and Sophia Gregoriadis and her husband Teddy of Fairhaven; his grandchildren, Andrew, Telly, and Iliana; his sisters and brother, Kati Boltis, Voula Korakintis, and George Agathos. Funeral Information Funeral from the Russell Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., (Rt123) Brockton on Monday, April 14th at 10:00AM followed by a funeral service in the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, 457 Oak St., Brockton at 11:00AM.
