Michael Joseph Benjamino, 73 of Brockton, MA passed away peacefully on April 27, 2025, at Beverly Hospital, one day shy of his 74th birthday. He faced many years of illnesses and battled cancer with unwavering strength and courage.

Born on April 28, 1951, in Washington, D.C. Michael was the beloved husband of Cathy (Rogers) Benjamino. He was a devoted father to his daughters Jessica (Benjamino) Kava and Allison (Benjamino) Wooten. He was a proud and loving grandfather to Mackenzie and Zackary Kava, and Tyler Wooten. Michael is also survived by his son-in-law, Corey Wooten.

He was predeceased by his parents, John Michael Benjamino of Massachusetts and Krisjiana Elias Benjamino of Iceland. Michael was one of many siblings to Kristjiana, all who resided in Iceland whose memory he carried throughout his life.

Michael found great joy in the simple things—especially in the companionship of his cherished Pug dogs. He spent many years working as a bus driver and supervisor for BAT, where he was known for his dedication, reliability, and kindness.

His legacy is one of quiet strength, love for family, and deep resilience. He will be missed dearly by all who knew him.

In accordance with his wishes, services will be held privately for the family.
