Michael Kominsky, beloved husband, father, son, brother and friend passed away surrounded by family after a long courageous battle with cancer on June 17, 2024.

Michael was born on March 27, 1973, at the Brockton Hospital to Robert Kominsky, Sr. & Sandra Kominsky (Moran). Michael grew up in West Bridgewater, MA where served as Police Officer for the West Bridgewater Police Department for 29 years. Michael loved the West Bridgewater community and all those he served.

Outside of his professional life, Michael was a true outdoorsman. He was an avid hunter & fisherman and had a passion for golfing. Michael also loved spending time with his family and friends.

Michael is survived by his loving wife, Kelly Kominsky of Brockton; his children Michael Kominsky, Jr. (MJ) & Madison Kominsky both of Middleboro; his father, Robert Kominsky Sr. of West Bridgewater; his siblings, Robert Kominsky Jr. of Germany, Mark Kominsky of Kentucky, Kevin and his wife Lisa Kominsky of West Bridgewater and many nieces & nephews. He will be dearly missed by his family, friends, and colleagues.

Public calling hours will begin in the Russel & Pica Funeral Home, 441 South Main Street, (RT28) West Bridgewater on Monday June 24th from 4:00 to 8:00PM. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, June 25th in the Funeral Home at 11:00AM. Interment will follow at Mount Vernon Cemetery, Abington.

Michael's legacy of kindness, generosity, and love for life will continue to inspire all who knew him. May he rest in peace, forever in our hearts and memories.
