Michael A. Parker, 60, of Bourne, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Friday, June 8, 2018. Born May 21, 1958 in Brockton, MA he was a son of the late Richard W. Parker and Catherine N. (Clark) Parker. Michael was a mail handler for the U.S Postal Service. Some of his interests were motorcycles, the consummate comedian and photography. He loved taking photographs of the sunset. Mike enjoyed walking the Canal on Cape Cod. He loved to socialize with friends and family. He is survived by his siblings, Richard W. Parker of Berkley, James T. Parker of Brockton, Frank J. Parker of Florida, John R. Parker of Weymouth and Michael W. Parker of Japan, Mary Doiron of Whitman, Teresa Green of North Kingstown, RI and Kathleen Tobin of Middleboro; and his several nieces, nephews and dear friends. He was the brother of the late Stephen M. Parker. Calling hours will be held in the Russell & Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., (Rt123) Brockton on Thursday from 4:00PM-6:30PM followed by a Funeral Prayer Service at 6:30PM. Interment will be private.
