Michael Edward Shea, 66, of West Bridgewater, passed away Friday, November 26, 2021 at the Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton. He was the husband of Joan Frances (Slack) Shea for 30 years. Born on April 15, 1955, he was the son of the late Albert E. Shea and Kathleen R. (Potts) Shea. He was a graduate of Brockton High School, class of 1972. Brother of Stephen Shea and his wife Dianna of Marblehead, MA and the late Susan Arvidson and her husband Steven of Weymouth, MA. He was a phlebotomist and worked at Tridentcare Medical Lab for over 28yrs. Michael loved his family and playing guitar, and enjoyed fishing, reading and hot sauce. He was a member of the Rock'N Roll Rehab and Riff of the Day. In addition to his wife Joan, Michael is survived by his children Brenden Michael Shea and his wife Jennifer, Kelsey Rhianna Shea, Zachary Edward Shea and Riley Francis Shea. Funeral from the Russell & Pica Funeral Home, 441 South Main St., West Bridgewater on Thursday, December 2nd at 9:00AM thence to St. Ann Church 103 North Main St., West Bridgewater where a funeral mass will be celebrated for the repose of his soul at 10:00AM. Interment will follow in St. Thomas Aquinas Cemetery, Bridgewater. Calling hours in the Russell & Pica Funeral Home on Wednesday from 4:00-8:00PM.
